Using the firewire patch for 4.0

The current firewire patch for FreeBSD 4.0 seems not working with the "options INET6". The dvsend works okay either with or without "options INET6". However, dvrecv does not work when "options INET6" is enabled.

The current most stable combination is using FreeBSD3.3 with the FreeBSD3.1-firewire-patch.

DVTS-0.3.x is optimized for FreeBSD4.0 patch.
