Introduction

Here, We explane the geographical location determination system using mobile-phone (Geographical Location Information system (GLI)) which the Internet car uses. A GLI system is a system developed by the research which connects actual space and the virtual space on a network. By using the GLI System, it is possible to search where the specific Internet car is, or which Internet car is in a certain domain.

In recent years, Internet is popularized and computer is miniaturized and highly efficient. It appears home electronics connectable with the computer (a mobile computer, wearable computer) along which always has and environment where a computer is everywhere is being realized. Thus, if the network computer used in a life space increases, it appears a bad influence that the space of the real world, and network virtual space remarkable separately. The structure which knows where a user's computer is in network the computer, and where the computer in some place in network is in the real world is needed.
