Introduction
In recent years computerization of a car is one of the important subjects. When computerization progresses,
it becomes possible to built an Intelligent Transport System( ITS ) into a car and to use the digital information
generally used.
Nowadays, computerization of a car is progressing as each system for every service.
However, in order to regard a car as a part of digital information system, one unified information model
is needed which can exchange information for each other systems.
In this research, We summarize requirements needed for computerization of a car, show a model,
built an actual system, and verify.
To realize computerization of a car, the definition of information exchange form, an access control mechanism,
and a communication system are needed. In the definition of information exchange form,
the peculiar information acquired by car is generalized and the framework for circulating is offered.
This will become possile to realize the system like a movement management system or a probe car system.
And if an informational circulation system is eatablished, access control will become indispensable.
Furthermore, a communication system offer a basinc communication function in the Internet Car, and it must be
able to support the complicated communication environment surrouding cars.
In this research, based on the above-mentioned arrangement, We build the system needed at the Internet automobile
introduction time and verify the justification of a model. And we try to popularize these systems.
