Biography:
Michio Honda is a Ph.D. student at Graduate School of Media?and Governance, Keio University, Japan. His research interests include mobile computing, transport protocols and congestion control. Especially, he is currently working on the multipath transport protocol and multipath congestion control. He is a member of SCTP working group in WIDE project. His research is funded by Research Fellowships of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science for Young Scientists.
