I am a researcher in the Institute of Regional Development, I am directing the research project "Commercialization of Fur and Skins in The Province of Salta, Argentina and its Connections with the International Trade". I am interested in the conference because we have many problems in Argentina, considering the debate about massive or selective access to higher education, postgraduate programme development and rersearch policy and administration.
When I was an student, I was member of the Superior Council of the University and I participated in many acasdemic activities, like curriculum design for the Licenciature in Natural Resources. I hope to enjoy the discussion, and contribute to find new ways to tackle the problems we have in the universities as well as to enrich myself with the opinions of other participants.

The human communication is one of my projects, and I'm working in it, in the "Comunidad Virtual" of the Univesity of Buenos Aires (Republica Argentina). My especiality are mathematics, economy, "psicoinfomatica" (something very new in my country) and education.
