I've searched:
- As a neurologist, for links between use of language and mind framing;
- As an educator and a parent, for the first family languaging patterns
aimed at developing the flexible openminded brainframe in children.

I am now spreading, with the Local Authority and the ANCI Veneto Health Council, Italy, a Project called "Knowledge and opposition to the Less Flexibility Syndrome linked to people with a rigid psychodependent personality", recently published by the Town Councillorship, Taglio di Po.

The LFS Project bases on a new educational theory, Dialectic Education, I am presenting. Keeping the family as a matter of observation, we analyse the communication as a function not only of the power of the speaker, but and moreover of the critical capability and flexibility of the listener. Hence a new educational problem arises: that of a rational use of the common educative language as aimed to develop the autonomous flexible personality in humans, from childhood onwards.
The starting point of this research is pragmatical, as it regards the effectiveness of human communication. That is mostly successful when the individual who relates is free and fully self-conscious in doing it, so finding in it his/her self-assurance and self-realization. Such a condition requires openmindedness and autonomous choosing in the listener. To be such, the latter must be trained to freedom of speech, openmindedness and mind flexibility since the beginning, thus since the first family language framework. Usually and unfortunately, traditional education doesnt look working exactly this way.

In the general field of human communication, the difference I point out regards to the language-producing structure and not the words produced.

It is a difference regarding the container, not the contents. That is, there are two main trends in which the considered structure can realize itself within humans: either the openminded autonomous flexible personality, or the narrowminded personality, rigidly dependent for its believing and behavioural procedures on the conditioning consent of a leader coming from the outside. The rigid narrowminded personality results to be the more exposed to risks of consumerism advertising and addiction, more closed to news and innovative proposals.

The question now is how to make the individual more openminded and flexible in her/his beliefs and behavioural procedures. I searched for the age in which the young individual is more sensitive to the formative stimuli and for the particular nature of the latter. I found most sensitive the age from the child's "Zero Year" until school, when the family comm pattern, through an environmental pressure mechanism, selects and conditions, or inprints, the brain connections in the child.

On this foundation, the building of the individual - hir future way of life - is erected: either autonomously flexible or rigidly psychodependent.

Our insight here is that the links between parental language relationship is not yet known by Educators, parents first of all, so that the age from child's Zero Year until school is an empty domain still. The LFS Project is aimed to make them become aware. We want to fill into children's formative age more dialectics, more freedom of speech, more DIY Critical Thinking - so as to provide them with more criticism and flexibility in their minds for all future purposes. We guess, emphasizing CT and flexibility in the youth's minds, to get the adults too to take flexibility, comparison and CT into a greater account. We are looking forward to a good acceptance of the LFS Theory and Project in the World Wide Web, as a great impulse for the purposes of our initiative.

To be conclusive: every one who is going to plan any proposal for social and educative development - the whole human communication as well as high education - must introductorily and mandatorily rely on a greater openmindedness and flexibility of one's target. The LFS Project applies just to this target.
